Froga Method was (as any human creation) firstly born as an idea, evolving then into thoughtform and through actions brought into this World as a transformative and transmutational practical solution for solving human Life problems, which exists on various levels of human Experience.
It is an integration of continuing principles and Laws in Time with contemporary practices and a harmonious unify of ancient wisdom, modern science, and transformational practices created to serve humankind.
A way of creating this solution is a Path of firstly curious discovering, then studying, cleansing, purification and doing, constant/repeated testing, patient maturation and again proving & resulting it in desirable Outcome in “Here and Now Reality”.
Central to the Froga Method is the “Levels of Existence” approach, which views Human balance as a dynamic interplay across states of life such as Relationships, Health, Career, Personal & Spiritual Growth, Community Contribution, Play and Leisure, Environment, Learning, and Financial Wellness.

By addressing these areas holistically, individuals are guided to align their inner and outer worlds, fostering harmony and sustainable transformation. Health is redefined as a state of well-being on all levels of human existence, with the intention of cultivating balance and vitality, while existence itself is observed through Information, Energy and Matter.

Frogs are inseparable from water – the universal cleanser. In many cultures, they are seen as symbols of life-giving rain, purification, and emotional renewal. In Celtic and Egyptian traditions, they represent healing, birth, and sacred transitions. In Chinese mythology, frogs symbolize prosperity and luck. In nature, a single frog can birth thousands — embodying both fertility and creative force.

The Froga Method draws directly from this symbolic truth. Frogs grow in cycles – egg, tadpole, froglet, adult —> each stage requiring a shift in environment, identity, and instinct.

So do we.

Hi, I’m Boštjan — and I created Froga method. It’s the sum of everything that shaped me throughout my Life experience.

I was born on March 22, 1973, in Ljubljana, Slovenia, raised between forests, meadows, and streams where frogs leapt, crabs crawled, and curiosity came alive. From early on, I wasn’t just drawn to nature — I was part of it. I could sit or move for hours by water/ in nature watching life unfold. That connection shaped how I see people, systems, cycles, energy and potential.

My journey grow equally in structure — mentored by Zdeněk Remsa in ski-jumping, captain of a basketball team, an army officer, a coach. I entered the world of business, leading teams across finance, telecom, and sales – breaking growth records, building winning strategies, and testing what works in reality.

Still, “This” – the force beyond logic, the knowing before outcome — kept calling me.

I spun pendulums as a child, walked dragon lines, dreamed of telepathy and super-conscious states. I studied and practiced NLP, energy work techniques, Reiki, TCM, Qi Gong, Thai Chi. I meditated ( and still do 😇). While walking on my Life Path, the truth I found is simple: true power doesn’t come from chasing magic – it comes when magic becomes a consequence of couriosity, purification, inner alignment and deep growth.

That’s how Froga Method was born – not as a theory, but as a practical, repeatable path.
As a model of reality built to solve real human problems:  limiting strategies, emotional pain, blocked potential, career misalignment, burnout, spiritual confusion, team dysfunction, etc.

Today, I expressing myself through two channels; my two alliases:

• Froga — the method You see here, guiding personal, professional, and organizational transformation.

• Wizard of Time — my other project, helping people rethink how they use and experience one of most valuable assets – time itself.

Choosing name Froga for me was not merely a branding exercise… it’s an embodiment of a my living philosophy, deeply personal and universally resonant.

It carries the energy of that child by the stream, watching frogs and knowing: everything is connected. It carries the leadership I’ve lived, the transformations I’ve guided, and the universal truth that real success is when others surpass you. That’s why this method exists – to empower and help humankind.
